FRAMEpro: An intelligent plug-in for aluminium profile construction.

Thanks to our collaboration with our partner Bosch Rexroth, we can now offer a CAD plug-in that brings the trusted modular aluminium profile system for machine frames and enclosures into your CAD environment—such as Autodesk® Inventor and SolidWorks.

This plug-in allows you to design machine frames directly in your workspace (from 3D line model to finished product in the parts list) and take advantage of these features:

  • Integrated component library with around 1,500 products
  • Design logic checks
  • Automatically generated components and order lists

FRAMEpro has plenty of perks, including being:

  • Simple: The selected profiles are placed into a 3D line model (and yes, you can rotate them). Accessories like connectors, protective caps, frames, and wheels can then be placed directly onto the profiles. FRAMEpro automatically generates a parts list for your model so you can request a quote or place an order. Once your design is complete, FRAMEpro lists all used slot profiles, including necessary cuts and drillings.
  • Fast: Connections are created automatically using smart macros. Profile configurations matching specific connection types are also set up automatically. Other ready-made macros make it easy to integrate panel elements and doors.
  • Error-Free: FRAMEpro integrates seamlessly into your CAD environment and includes a library that's continuously updated by Bosch Rexroth. That means all models and data are always up to date. Since CAD data doesn’t need to be imported manually from external sources anymore, you avoid import errors, data duplication, or manual transfer issues.
