If a screw can't be refurbished, we can in most cases reverse-engineer and manufacture a new one. All refurbished ball screws are test-run and delivered with a measurement report. If you need refurbishment, contact us to receive a reference number. Then, fill out our service form, attach it to the package, and send it to us.
