Rolled ball screws are often a more cost-effective option compared to ground ball screws, which offer significantly higher precision and accuracy.
A ball nut is mounted on the screw and performs the linear movement. There are several different types of ball nuts, varying in size, flange type, and more.
By adjusting the size of the balls inside the nut, we set the preload of the ball screw. We stock balls with a size variation of just 2 microns to ensure an accurate and reliable preload.
